      Anything not listed will be your responsibility to secure! Choose our in-house services, hire from our recommended vendor list or do your own research to bring in an outside vendor! All outside vendors must be pre-approved

  • Full farm-grown florals include: *bridal bouquet, attendant bouquet, two boutonnieres, ceremony spray, centerpiece compotes corresponding with # of seated guests, bud vases for other locations such as bar, greenhouse etc.

  • Flora Moon Farm is a working flower farm

    As such, we only accept a LIMITED number of weddings a year.

    We are currently booking for 2027 - 2029

    In order to keep the property fully private for you, we do not offer multiple weddings/ events per day.

    We will only be accepting a limited number of weddings per year.

  • There are several options! It all depends on your guest count.

    Usually, chairs are set in the ceremony meadow facing the stone moon gate. 

    Setup is included in every package and we provide sample floor layouts for you and your guests 

  • The ceremony and reception can be held at various locations. They are separate outdoor spaces, so there is no room to turn over.

    How does the changeover work?

    Guests move from one to the other, and the reception is already set when they arrive.

  • The reception tent is a waterproof sailcloth tent, 24 by 44 feet, seats up to about 100 guests, and it is part of every package as the weather plan. 

    We have see-through Keder tent walls that seamless and quickly slide into place providing a clear and unobscured view.

    The greenhouse seats 25 and has bar and lounge seating

  • We allow a DJ, live bands (string instruments like acoustic guitar, harp, cello, etc. are fine!), microphones, amps + additional speakers.

    As a flower farm we do not provide food in house, however, we are happy to connect you with our preferred food and beverage partner, who can assist with catering and bar service for your event.

    You're welcome to chose from our listed vendors who have been here before and do an excellent job, or do your own research and bring someone in. If you bring in a caterer not on our list, please have them contact us - they will have questions!

    It's also popular to cater from a favorite restaurant, bring in a food truck or have a pot luck. FMF staff is not permitted to handle food, so please make sure you have all cutlery and food servers needed if going the DIY route

    We provide food tables that can be setup in the location of your choosing

    When it comes to food costs, a typical wedding caterer will be roughly $85-$125 per head, depending on the food type and services you contract with them. To cut down on food costs, food trucks are always a good option, they're a huge hit with guests

    What kitchen facilities are there?

    Caterers have access to an outdoor walk-in floral fridge, potable water, and an outdoor two bay kitchen sink, an oak bar in the greenhouse and a portable bar for other locations

  • As a flower farm we do not provide food and beverage services directly. However, we are happy to connect you with our preferred food and beverage partner, who can assist with catering and bar service for your event.


    You are permitted to bring in a bartending team upon approval. Please see contract for additional requirements.

    DIY Route Please note: Legally, you must purchase the alcohol, deliver it to the venue the day of the event and surrender it to the bar. By law, you are required to secure a caterer/bartender with an alcohol license.

  • Candles are permitted only when enclosed in glass containers that can contain melted wax, with the flame not extending above the rim of the container. Battery powered candles are always permitted and encouraged.

    All decorations must be approved by the farm in advance, with a decoration plan submitted 14 days before the wedding.

    If you choose to bring your own decorations, place cards, etc. You will also need to designate someone to set this up and stay after to pack up all your belongings

    A set of curated decorative props is included, and farm do most of the decorating here That's the beauty of our farm- it's gorgeous without anything extra added, nature to does the work

  • Restroom Facilities are included. Mobile luxury restroom trailers are included in quoted pricing, with permanent bathrooms estimated for mid-summer 2027. Attendants can be provided for an extra fee

  • Yes. Every package includes two nights in the tiny house on the farm, valued at $650 A couple can comfortably get ready in the space

  • Our list will give you hotels/airbnbs, officiants, caterers, local restaurants, hair/makeup, things to do, etc. all tried and true, all offering expert services. 

    We highly recommend hiring from this list!

  • Setup and cleanup are included in the package fee. Vendors are responsible for their own clean up and set up.

  • We keep a list of places we point couples and guests to on our website. It includes Benmarl Winery Bed and Breakfast, Saint Hubert's Lodge, Danskammer House, and Buttermilk Falls Inn, along with the tiny house stay here on the farm for the couple, included for two nights with every package.

  • When is payment due?

    A non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing, and it reserves your date. The balance is due 60 days before the wedding. A refundable security deposit is also due 60 days before the wedding. Additional rental items, if any, are due 30 days before the wedding. The amounts for your wedding are set in your individual contract.

    When are final guest numbers required? How much can they differ from our first estimate?

    Your final guest count is due 14 days before the wedding. If your final count moves above the package tier you booked, prior approval is needed and additional fees may apply.

    Do prices change per person depending on the number of guests?

    The package fee is a flat fee for the tier you choose, plus New York State tax plus a 7 percent administrative fee. It does not change per person inside your guest count. Over 100 guests, extra guests are charged per person, as listed under Rental Length and Fees.

    What methods of payment do you take?

    We accept cash, personal check, certified check, Venmo, or Zelle. Checks are payable to Collective Joy LLC.

  • We encourage carpooling!

    We can park up to 100 guest vehicles and have separate parking for Tiny House Guests. Vendors may use the driveway by the fence to unload and park. Shuttle Service or Uber/Lyft is recommended from Beacon or Poughkeepsie train station

    Can guests leave cars overnight?

    No. Overnight parking is not available.

    Is valet parking available? What does it cost?

    Yes, valet parking is available. The cost is updated seasonally, so ask us for the cost for your date.

    Is the farm wheelchair accessible?

    The tented area is wheelchair accessible and flat.

  • For weddings over 100 people Additional tent + chairs are provided as part of your package

  • Permanent bathrooms are estimated for mid-summer 2027, with mobile luxury restroom trailers included in the meantime. Ask us about anything else planned for your date.
