Step 1 of 4

Start with what matters.

Three priorities.

0 of 3 selected
🌿
The location is the décor

A landscape that does the heavy lifting. Minimal styling needed, maximum atmosphere.

🌙
The full weekend

Friday rehearsal through Sunday brunch. One property, one continuous thing.

🛏
Everyone stays

Nobody leaves after the last dance.

🍽
Serious kitchen

In-house chef, real menus, food that people actually talk about later.

💌
Only yours

Exclusive use. No other bridal party down the hall, no shared anything.

Already handled

Tent, furniture, lighting folded into the fee. Fewer vendors, fewer moving parts.

Weather Plans

A structure that performs in weather.

🪞
A proper suite

Dedicated getting-ready space on-site.

One number

The fee covers most of what you need.

🌸
Grown, not shipped

The florals are grown on-site pestiside free.

Open vendor policy

Any caterer.

Fully accessible

MOST ceremony and reception spaces reachable without stairs.

Step 2 of 4

The venue fee question.

Site fee only. Catering, florals, and photography live on separate lines.

Venue fee
Drag to adjust
$12K
$5K$10K$15K$20K$25K$30K+
A note on math. Hudson Valley weddings typically land between $60K and $120K all in. Venues with required in-house catering show two numbers here: the site fee, and an estimated total for 120 guests. A $10K venue fee sitting next to a $45K food-and-beverage minimum is not the bargain it looks like on a spreadsheet.
Step 3 of 4

The specifics.

Guest count narrows the field.

Anything selected here becomes a hard filter. Venues that don't have it won't appear.
